Public Offer of Raywell Group Ukraine Online Store for the Sale of Goods

This offer is addressed to an unlimited number of persons wishing to purchase goods in the Raywell Group Ukraine online store (hereinafter referred to as the online store). The offer establishes the rules and procedure for the sale of goods through the online store, as well as regulates the relationship between the buyer and the seller during the sale of goods through the online store and the provision of services related to such sale.

A buyer who wishes to purchase a product in the online store must carefully read the terms contained in this offer and, in case of agreement, accept the terms of the following Agreement.

This Agreement is a public contract in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine (Articles 633, 641) and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" (Article 11).

Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to provide the Buyer with the opportunity to purchase for personal needs, related to business activities, Goods presented in the catalog of the Online Store, on the terms of this Agreement.

This Agreement regulates the purchase and sale of goods in the Online Store, in particular:

voluntary selection of goods by the Buyer in the Online Store;
independent ordering by the Buyer in the Online Store;
payment by the Buyer of the order placed in the Online Store;
processing, delivery, and transfer of the order to the Buyer under the terms of this Agreement.

General Provisions

The Seller sells goods through the Raywell Group Online Store. By ordering Goods through the Online Store, the Buyer agrees to the terms of sale of Goods set out in this Agreement. In case of disagreement, the Buyer should not place an order for goods through the online store.

These Terms of Sale of goods, as well as information about the Goods presented on the Website, are a public offer under Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce."

The Agreement comes into effect (is considered concluded) from the moment the Seller receives a properly completed Order by the Buyer, which must include:

email address, last name, first name, patronymic, contact phone number of the Buyer or the person specified by him (Recipient), address where the Goods should be delivered;
name, quantity, and price of the Goods;
delivery cost, in accordance with the terms specified in the "Delivery" section.

The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this offer at any time. These changes take effect from the moment a new version of the Offer is posted on the website.

The photographs of the Goods presented on the website may slightly differ from the actual appearance of the Goods. The accompanying Goods descriptions/characteristics are provided for reference. The online store does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the materials about the goods presented on the Website, the main characteristics of the goods are indicated.
The Seller may at any time, without notice, make changes to the descriptions or photographs of the goods. The online store is not responsible for any losses (including, but not limited to, losses from loss of profit, data, or business interruption) that arose as a result of using, inability to use, or the results of using the Website.
The price of the goods provided on the Website is indicated in hryvnias, including VAT. The information about the goods posted on the website is provided for reference.
The Buyer agrees that the price of the goods placed in the "Cart", its assortment, and quantity will be relevant only at the time of forming the "Cart" and may change if the purchase was not finalized by clicking the "Confirm Order" button.
All goods presented on the Website are original, confirmed by the relevant documents (conclusions of the state sanitary and epidemiological expertise or certificates of conformity).
The price including discounts or promotional offers is indicated in the "Cart" at the time of placing the order. By clicking the "Place Order" button, the Buyer agrees to purchase the goods at the price indicated in the "Cart."
The price of the goods on the website may be changed by the seller unilaterally. At the same time, the price for the goods ordered by the Buyer is not subject to change.
The Seller has the right to provide discounts on Goods, hold promotions, set special prices for goods. The types of discounts, the procedure, and the conditions for their accrual are indicated on the Website in the "Promotions" section and may be changed by the Seller unilaterally.
In case of incorrect indication of the price of the Goods ordered by the Buyer, the Seller informs the Buyer to confirm the Order at the corrected price or cancel the Order. If it is impossible to contact the Buyer, this Order is considered canceled. If the Order was paid, the Seller returns the amount paid for the Order to the Buyer on the payment card.

A cookie is a small piece of information that is sent to the browser and stored on the computer's hard drive. The site uses cookies to monitor site usage and provide services. This technology expands the use of the Internet by saving the preferences of visitors when viewing certain sites.

By accepting the offer, the Buyer gives consent to the collection and processing of his personal data, as well as information about consumer preferences and purchases in the Seller's stores, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine dated June 1, 2010, No. 2297-VI "On Personal Data Protection." The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection."
Purpose of processing personal data. The data provided by the Buyer during Registration or placing an Order through the Site will be used to process Orders for the purchase of Goods, receive information about Orders, send telecommunications (email, mobile communication) advertising offers, information about promotions, raffles, special offers, or any other information about the activities of the Seller or its partners, for other commercial purposes.
The Seller guarantees the confidentiality and protection of the Buyers' personal data.
The Buyer grants the Seller the right to process his personal data, including: including personal data in databases (without additional notification of this), carrying out indefinite storage of data, their accumulation, updating, modification (as necessary). The Seller undertakes to protect the data from unauthorized access by third parties, not to distribute or transfer data to third parties (except for the transfer of data to commercial partners, persons authorized by the Seller to directly process data for the specified purposes, including mobile operators, postal or courier services, contact centers, advertising agencies, as well as at the request of competent public authorities in the manner prescribed by law).

Additional Conditions

The online store and services may be temporarily partially or completely unavailable due to preventive or other work, or for any other technical reasons. The technical service of the Seller has the right to periodically carry out the necessary preventive or other work with prior notification of the Buyers or without it.
In case of questions and claims from the Buyer, he can contact the Seller by calling or sending an email.
The court's recognition of the invalidity of any provision of this Agreement does not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions.
